My Take
I wouldn't use this app to teach any major musical concepts, but it sure is fun for little ones. It is marginally educational to experiment with the different combinations of sounds and changing pitch by moving characters to different spots.
How I Use It
I've mainly used this app for harmless entertainment for my own kids. However, it is also a popular choice among the younger set when doing centers in music class. It is a fun, low-maintenance option when I need to be focused on another group of kids.

A simple music mixer for children.
Different songs would be a great addition to this app- as it is the music gets redundant.

Fun app with some educational value
This fun app is versatile because it allows students to select different creatures to add to a "band" who each add their own unique sound to the song the band is singing/ playing. It is very engaging for students, and mine often choose it during free tech time. It is limited in what it presents, but sometimes that is a plus as my students don't get distracted by many features.

A unique app that music-loving students will adore
I use this app with students with autism. This is a fun app that can be motivating to student who loves music. It's well-designed and can be used to help students generalize a couple of different skills. I rated it as a two because it's only a small group of students who are motivated by it. For those students who are motivated by it, there are few skills that can be taught well using the app.
