My Take

My overall opinion is positive because my students love to be on this program. They like the island set-up and how they can see their own progress on a daily basis. When I assign a section to them they can easily get to that point and work independently. The High-5's are something they work for to display on our wall of success.

How I Use It

In our 4th grade classroom, my students can use this program for lessons assigned by me, small group work with like learners, and as a supplement to our reading/math programs. eSpark organizes student results to suggest more learning for individuals and small groups. The reports are easy to read and offer insight to student stumbling blocks. All the reports are great to use with parents to show where a student is excelling and where they need extra help.
