My Take

I love how eSpark adapts to my students based on what they are able to complete on their own. I am not overly fond of the writing portion of eSpark. It does not help my students expand on a story as much as I would like to see. At this point, though they are expanding, there are not enough skills for some areas of math and reading.

How I Use It

I have used eSpark to help my students with areas they are struggling in math and reading. I have also used the assignment area to assign specific skills in math and reading that I have previously taught to check their understanding. I have used this for my students that are gifted so they can progress in skills not taught at their current grade level. I have also used this to help students who are behind in specific areas that are below or far below their grade level.
