My Take
I enjoyed it to help give kids something to read on a daily basis that I didn't need to worry too much about. In order to really help kids improve in their reading you do have to spend time with the kids to help them understand the material and some of the material provided was just too simple and straight forward.
How I Use It
We used Raz-Kids to help with lower level readers. It was great to keep them on a schedule for reading purposes and to get them going. It worked that there was a lot of materials to work with. However, to help the kids improve we needed a bit more so Beestar provided stories that were more in-depth. The questions were also a lot more difficult which helped the kids build up their reading comprehension skills.
