My Take
Quizlet is a great way to prepare and study for a test. Personally, I have used it many times in preparation for an exam and it has never let me down. I will say that Quizlet is most helpful when you have to memorize; their flashcards make it easy to go through material fast. It's a bit disappointing you know have to pay for certain features that used to be free, which is why my review is not a full 5 stars. But Quizlet certainly has been there for me during exam season.
How I Use It
I don't think there would be any way for me as a teacher to use Quizlet since it is a rather independent study option; rather, I would encourage my students to use it to prepare for a test,

Great Resource for class
Its a great resource as a teaching tool as it helps teachers emphasize on main important concepts in classes and can be used to benefit student performance.

makes flashcards way more engaging
Quizlet is a great resource as a teaching tool because it allows students to become more engaged in the learning process because it is more interactive than traditional flashcards. Additionally, students can choose which type of review activity works best for them which helps set them up for success. There is also an option to start a live review game for the entire class which creates competition and reinforces the key terms.

Limitations, but Otherwise Great Resource
I believe this resource is great for students. Unfortunately, many of the features require an individual to pay for access. At times, I resort to other tools due to the cost. Quizlet does allow people to review existing sets created though, which can save students much time (rather than creating one). Overall, individuals can use it to become more familiar with course material.
