My Take
While this app is fun for the students, some will bypass the assignment all together and just type in the calculations and write down the answers. This will only truly work well for someone who is checking previously done mental work.
How I Use It
I let my students use this app as a calculator so they could be mentally processing what they were doing as they wrote out the calculations instead of just quickly typing into a normal calculator to check their work. I like that you can even solve equations with the app by placing a question mark where the variable would be to check answers when solving equations. However, if you let students use this they will need to show their work to prove they understand the steps involved.
