My Take
We really love this program at our school. We are noticing the students are typing faster. They are able to do a lot of different skills with their mouse that beforehand was tough for this age. The students are learning great phonics skills while growing as typers. I do highly recommend this program if you are looking for a typing program.
How I Use It
In our school we are using it with our second grade class. The students go on it for 25 minutes once a week. The students are practicing their keyboarding skills along with learning how to write number sentence, ELA sentences, and working on phonics skills. It is a paid site, but it is not too costly. The students work independently and at their own pace. It is very student centered and has a lot of accommodations for all learners.
