My Take

The Bill of Rights can often be a stale and unexciting topic, especially for middle school students, so this has proven to be a fun and informative way for struggling students to improve their understanding of the concepts and advanced students to look at it from a critical standpoint.

How I Use It

I use this online game as a review for the concepts that we've learned about in class (Bill of Rights). I have students play the game and write a review of their experiences (as if they were a constitutional lawyer and video game designer). They report that the game is engaging and informative.
