My Take
This is a graphing calculator that is easy to use. I am always on the look out for an online graphing calculator for my students to access. This past summer I was teaching a computer based math class and I discovered Desmos. I knew it was a great program from my students when I was able to use it easily.
How I Use It
When students are at home or working on other computer programs, I suggest they utilize this site. My students often do not have a graphing calculator at home, but Desmos gives them one. The layout of the calculator is very similar to what is used in my classroom so I do not have to teach Desmos to my students. The feedback from my students has only been positive.

Students can visually learn the graphs that are being taught.
I like how you can zoom in or out of the graph. You can also put in any type of graph which is very useful.

great resource for graphing
I overall think this a very valuable resource as a teaching tool because it helps with visualization which can be so important for graphing. Additionally, students can add multiple coordinates and graphs and see how different variables interact.
