My Take
My opinion on this tool that it is generally effective to use in the classroom, or be assigned as student's homework. It could definitely be used to reinforce concepts initially taught in the classroom.
How I Use It
First used the tool myself to grasp overall effectiveness. Very easy to learn and understand what to do with tool.

Awesome Multi-Step Math Game
This is a great way to engage children by being hands on. With moving the fraction models around students are also getting the chance to learn how to use technology. This has a great way of letting students know if they get something correct or not, which can help teachers know if the student needs more attention.
