My Take
I personally love using this tool to create my own presentations, handouts, tweetable images and infographics, Students really enjoy using it when they want to get information across with a bit of personalization and/or creativity. Due to the age limit, I only use it with secondary students and when I do, its often an option where they can choose to use it or other creation tools. Many students choose Canva.
How I Use It
I use this to create slide decks and infographics when presenting information for teacher learning. It is also a great tool for students when looking for ways to share their knowledge. The one thing to be aware of is that students need to be 13 years old before creating an account. Students enjoy the flexibility of creating with this tool. When wrapping up inquiry projects they also enjoy creating social media posts or 'tweetables' using Canva.
