My Take
This was a great book creation tool for our students who do not have access to a Macbook. Teachers wanted students to create their own books using iBooks on the Macbook but we only have one cart in the entire school. Students learned to use this app very quickly.
How I Use It
We created our own "How To" Books with pictures and text. The students created their draft in a Pages document. They then collected pictures. Once all materials were prepared, students jumped into the book creator. The final products were fantastic! The students really enjoyed added audio as well! Awesome Resource!
I like the way that this tool is set up for the classroom. By allowing for students to create work and allow for teacher and peer access, it makes collaboration easy and fun. Once work is completed, students can share it with family, friends, and virtually anyone who they would like to see their work.
