I am really excited about this site and cannot wait to incorporate it into my lesson plans. After an initial lesson and daily review for about a week, I will probably use the "problem of the day" as a sort of bell ringer or open discussion for first few minutes of class. I believe that if they are exposed to testing materials often, it will help them think better when they actually take college entrance exams. For those not planning on college, it will still develop skills that will open their minds to a new way of thinking.

The SAT question of the day gives students daily SAT practice by providing them with an item for one part of the test.Because the site gives an explanation for the correct answer, students are able to see the error in their thinking if they happen to select an incorrect answer. The site allows students to become comfortable with the test format prior to sitting for the actual test.

The official SAT site has a lot more to offer than just information how when to sign up for the next test. There's a ton of practice, tips, and stuff kids can do on it.
